In simple terms it is investing by the sqft. Let’s say your potential client wants to invest in real estate but does not have the budget for it, so instead of buying a full apartment you would offer them part pf the apartment instead,
Investments are structured as crowdfunding deals through SPVs. This essentially means we set up a SPV (which is a company with a single purpose) that would own the property and you the investors will be the primary shareholders of this company.
The SPV will be the primary owner on the title deed, while you the investors will be listed as SPV shareholders.
No, the SPV is solely owned by the investors in the property. WeFraction will be only be the primary manager of the SPV
Just like you would on any real estate investment, rent + capital gain. Only in this case you would get a share of the rent and gain proportional to your investment.

There is no holding period! You can flip your share the moment you purchase it, though as a rule of thumb, when dealing with real estate it is advisable that you hold for at least a rental accrual period (varies by property).
